How to Submit

Abstract Submission Guideline
-
- · All abstracts must be submitted via the Heart Failure Seoul 2020 website only.
- · When you submit your abstract online, your abstract will be automatically edited according to Heart Failure Seoul 2020 submission formats.
- · It is the authors’ responsibility to review the submissions and correct them. Submitters are
responsible for all typing error in the abstract.
- · Abstracts must be text only and should be written in English.
- · Keywords are required when abstract is being submitted.
- · An optional Figure and Table to support the abstract may be included in your submission.
It must be captured in a single jpg file. (Limited to 1 Table and/or 1 Figure)
- · The acceptance of abstracts will be notified by e-mail to the presenting author by no later than
on August 24, 2020. It may also check on ‘My page’ of the website.
- · The Presenting Author whose abstract has been accepted need to register with full payment for the congress.
- · The accepted abstracts are reviewed again, high quality abstracts will be assigned as a mini-oral presentation.
- · Mini-oral presenters will be asked to submit a recorded video file of the presentation for about 5 minutes.

Benefits of the Accepted Abstracts
- Domestic: If you submit an e-poster presentation file, registration fee will be refunded.
- Overseas, foreign researcher in Korea: If you submit an e-poster presentation file, USD 200
will be provided after the congress (No Refund of Registration Fee)
- The honorarium for the abstract acceptance is only provided to overseas participants or
foreign participants in Korea.
- There is only one reward per person for the honorarium for the abstract acceptance.

Benefits of the Mini-Oral Presenters
- Overseas, foreign researcher in Korea: If you submit an e-poster presentation file and
recorded video file, USD 100 will be provided after the congress
(No Refund of Registration Fee).
- The honorarium for Mini-oral presentation is only provided to overseas participants or
foreign participants in Korea.

Mini-Oral Winner Grant
Winner Grant will be provided by fair evaluation.
