Poster Presentation Guideline



  • 1. All abstracts must be written in English.
      Submit the abstract/case before August 16, 2020.

  • 2. The Scientific Committee will review all abstracts submitted and notice for acceptance will be sent
      to the presenting author by e-mail until August 23, 2020.     Presentation criteria and other details
      will also be sent in that notification.

  • 3. The abstract presenter and Mini-oral presenter have to submit e-poster presentation file until September 10.

  • 4. Qualified abstracts after the review of The Scientific Committee will be presented as mini-oral
      presentations by recorded video lecture. The mini-oral presenters are required to send both ‘PPT file’
      and ‘recorded video of the presentation’ to the secretariat until September 10, 2020.     On the day of the
      presentation, mini-oral presenters who have received excellent reviews from the panelists will be
      awarded as a grant winner of the ‘Outstanding Presentation Award’. Further details will be notified
      by e-mail.

  • 5. Details of the mini-oral presentation are as follows.
    • - Please record video using PPT recording function (4 x 3 sized display) or Zoom application.
    • - At the beginning of the presentation, please introduce yourself briefly.
    • - Recommended length of the presentation should be within 5 minutes including introduction.
    • - Use separate earphone and microphone to clearly record your voice.
    • - Recommend to expose your face during the presentation recording.
    • - Save the recorded presentation as video file format (preferably .mp4) and e-mail it to
      the secretariat (  khfs@khfs.or.kr or   sg@sp-comm.co.kr).
    • - If you don’t receive a confirmation letter after the submission of the presentation file within 3 business days, make sure to email us back.

  • 6. Honorarium for the poster presentation and mini-oral presentation will be transferred after the
      congress.
  • * The honorarium will be provided when the required submission process is completed.
